Refund policy

If something isn’t right with Paani Peelo, write to us and we’ll help. Refund requests are handled case by case: tell us what went wrong and we’ll sort it out.

How to ask

Reply to your purchase email, use the order link in it, or write to support@paanipeelo.com with your order number.

If you are refunded

The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your license key is deactivated, and the app stops working after a short grace period.

This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
