Can I try it first?

Does it work on Windows 10 and Windows 11?
Yes, on both.
Does it work on ARM laptops?
Yes. There is a native installer for Windows on ARM (for example, Snapdragon laptops) and one for Intel and AMD PCs. The download button picks the right one.
Why does Windows say “Windows protected your PC”?
Microsoft SmartScreen shows this for apps from publishers it doesn’t know well yet. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. You only need to do it once, when you install.
Where do I find it after installing?
It starts as soon as it’s installed. Look for its icon in the system tray by the clock — on Windows 11, under the ^ arrow. It’s in the Start menu too, as Paani Peelo.
Will it slow my PC down?
No. Between reminders it rests in the tray, and the window your reminder walks in on only opens when it’s time.
How do I uninstall it?
Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (on Windows 10, Apps & features), find Paani Peelo, and choose Uninstall.
